We all know how critical user experience is to the success and failure of a product.
Let’s look into 7 key factors that influence the user experience, proposed by Peter Morville a pioneer in the UX field -
USEFUL: A product is useful if it either has purpose for target customer and solves their problems or delivers fun & aesthetic benefits.
USABLE: Usability is about enabling users to achieve their objective efficiently.
CREDIBLE : Credibility is the ability of the user to trust a product. - FINDABLE: If a product has features and content that are easy to find.
DESIRABLE: A product is desirable if it has pleasing aesthetics, branding, images and provide emotional connection.
ACCESSIBLE : Accessibility focuses around designing experiences that can be accessed by users with full range of ability.
VALUABLE: Product must deliver value to business and customer that uses it. The value factor is combined sum of all the different factors of UX. .
Finally products which are useful, usable, desirable, accessible, credible, findable and valuable are much more likely to be accepted by the user and succeed in the market.
