The accessory work, though I don’t like this term cause it make it appear as of secondary importance, is an essential part of your workouts and programming.
Well used, it is one of the keys that will allow you to work on your imbalances and to accentuate the work on specific parts of your body in order to progress on your main lifts.
I like to use tools like the Landmine and to make this type of work unilateral (don’t forget that a unilateral move can also be a main lift in a session).
I also keep the weights lights and the sets & reps high.
