Goals goals goals!!
Hey everyone! So, as you saw in my last post, I made some juice. For the past week (legit 7 days) I’ve lived off of nothing but juice, water, and herbal tea. Yeah.... But guys, I stuck with it, I even went to my work Christmas party and drank nothing but soda water with lime, and I am so so so pleased to say that I went from weighing 80.7kg to 77.7kg 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 In pounds, that’s 178lbs to 171lbs!! I am kick-starting this round of weigh loss on a strong note and I am so excited!
So, as today is my first day eating solid food again, I’m continuing my health streak with a complete breakfast. Here we have (kind of) Mediterranean salad: sautéed mushrooms and onion with cucumber, tomato, black olive, feta cheese and sun-dried tomato pesto; and two boiled eggs with sriracha on top 😋 Let’s keep this going as long as I can!
