When trying to stay consistent in your weight loss journey you will hear a lot of comments from other people...
What do I mean by that?
“Oh stop you can eat a bunch of donuts, you’re fine.”
“Oh common you’re not even overweight.”
“Why are you even doing this? You look great!”
“You only live once, eat what you want!”
Sure Sherry, you’re right. 🤦🏼♀️
I may not be overweight, but I want to be leaner and gain more muscle.
I may be able to eat some donuts, but I need to be sure I am tracking to hit my goals.
I know I only live once... so I want to take care of my body and learn how to balance.
❌Stop listening to others comments, and never let them control you. ❌
You know where you’re at. You know where you want to be.
Just because Sherry doesn’t agree with you, doesn’t mean to sabotage the goals you have made for yourself.
Take the comments of others lightly, and do what YOU need to do to hit those goals.
Toooo many people cave and go “you’re right Sherry, I do deserve 158 donuts.” And the downward spiral of those goals starts right there!
It’s okay to treat yoooooself at times, but stay on track with your goals and don’t let Sherry’s comments get in your head. 🙌🏼
