In a nutshell, this course begins with an initial consultation where we look at the causes of weight gain, and discuss ways that you could make some changes.
We look at the food you eat, any food rules that you have or food fears.
We discuss the role of food in your life and plan any changes.
You go away with the plan and tools to work though.
