Video 1: failed two 1 lb PR attempts on the Blockbuster, then easily got a 0.5 lb PR righty, floated lefty. I think I could have gotten the original weight, but I limit my max effort to 3 total attempts. I'm not sure Blockbuster can be worked only once a month if you expect steady gains. Considering moving it to once every two or three weeks.⚡ Video 2: relatively easy 2.5 lb PR on the rolling thumbless Fat Gripz Extreme, lefty. Got it to contest height but not lockout righty, so didn't include it. Did get a 1.5 lb PR there to lockout, however.
