#Hello ! I have not posted in several days....
My plate was overflowing and something had to give 🙃!
Sharing on Instagram has become fun for this, somewhat, newbie to the ‘insta world’!
Enjoying the interaction with new found insta friends who share similar health concerns or interests.
When your plate overflows, something has to give.
And, when dealing with MS, or any condition that saps your energy, prioritizing is crucial!
These past few days I’ve been playing catch-up after a brief holiday trip.
Don’t believe I’ve mentioned this prior, but I’m working on a ‘Certificate degree’ offered through a university online.
(Having earned my degrees from university’s years ago, I still love the challenge of expanding my knowledge when possible. This go-around is focused on nutrition!)
Searching for a classroom program I just couldn’t find the right fit. If I did, it was offered in the evening.
Knowing that by the end-of-day I’m exhausted, the idea of online learning began fascinating me 🤔!
It’s basically video learning, reading, online Prof. guidance, and timeframes for assignment completions.
I was nervous starting this unfamiliar journey, but so glad I did!
Back to prioritizing and “something has to give”.
My energy is a gift and I allocate it to what is priority. This week Instagram posting was one of the activities that fell off-the-list.
Be careful the next few weeks with all the demands the holiday season brings.
Allocate your energy, IT’s A GIFT 🎁!
“It’s ok” to remove your Superperson cape and take care of the most important items on your list.
Soooo, these past few days I caught up on daily life, and completed my course final project!!
Happily, I can now return to my other joys.....at least until the next life hurdle (or course assignment) 📚 🤓🥴!!!
Wishing well to all!! 🧡🧡🧡
