You're going to need courage when you feel afraid. Use visualization and see yourself through your obstacles and challenges. You don't have problems you have opportunities, change your language as what you tell yourself is what you'll believe and become. Create that higher version of you and access it. You won't always know what to do since life doesn't come with a manual but there are lots of books you can read to learn in areas where you have deficits, invest in you. Nobody has it all together except for maybe @gerardbutler in 300 (stares off into the distance sighing) the rest of us will need to train, get to work, your week doesn't end today. Press on.
