🐻 Things to do in bear mode 🐻⠀ ⠀ Nourish your body. ⠀ Drink plenty of water and choose enriching foods. It might feel like an effort to do this, but it is important to keep a focus on your wellbeing and your physical energy.⠀ ⠀ Choose carefully how you spend your time. ⠀ If you are an introvert, schedule some time alone. If you are not up for a social occasion, sometimes the kindest thing you can do for yourself is to say no.⠀ ⠀ Notice what activities drain your energy and avoid them where possible in this mode.⠀ ⠀ There is a whole checklist for each mode in the book - which comes out in less than three weeks! ⠀ ⠀ In the meantime, jump in the FB group. 💥 Things to do in wild mode 💥⠀ ⠀ 👉🏼 Clear that clutter. ⠀ Pick the cupboard, room, space or thing that will give you the most satisfaction and go to town on it.⠀ ⠀ 👉🏼Buy the thing you’ve been wanting for ages. ⠀ It will feel better now than any other time and you won’t overthink it.⠀ ⠀ 👉🏼Communicate with those closest to you where you’re at. ⠀ We can be challenging to live with in this mode. Tell them you’re feeling a little wild right now and try to clearly and lovingly let them know what they can do to help you to feel good.⠀ ⠀ Lots more suggestions in the book! Dear high-calibre humans,⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ There are going to be people who don’t ‘get’ you.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ That’s ok.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ It’s not that they don’t think you can do it. It’s that they don’t think THEY could.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Opinions are just beliefs. We all have our own set of them.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ The ones you hold onto, are the ones that will determine exactly how your life goes.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ If you have more belief in yourself than someone else does, that means you’ll do more cool shit in your life. Cool, huh?⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Which means, letting someone else’s opinion hold you back, is like taking their limiting belief and making it your own, and laying it like a big old blanket over your own fire.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ I’m reminded of that old saying, about how you’ll only ever be criticised by people doing less than you.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ There are going to be people who are triggered by your success.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ They might think you’re ‘showing off’ or ’full of shit’ or ‘too big for your boots’.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ One of my incredible mentors said to me today… ‘You have every fucking right to show off - you’ve done the fucking work’.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ And she’s right. I have. Thanks Jana Kingsford.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Every time I’ve felt shaken by someone else’s opinion, I’ve looked at my OWN beliefs rather than obsessing over theirs.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Notice where you feel a ‘twinge’ when someone talks about what you do. Feel into that. It’ll show you exactly where you’re holding a belief that needs looking at.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ THAT’S the work. Finding the sticky spots, rubbing them and stretching them out like a knot in your shoulder.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Those people who don’t GET you will show you exactly where the knots are.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ And here's the special part. Over time you'll notice the spots where there used to be knots, but there aren't anymore.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ As you rise, as you grow, as you figure out who the fuck you are and what you’re actually here to do - you’ll giggle to yourself when someone gives you ‘that look’ and you feel… nothing.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Someone doubting what you’re capable of will be like someone saying the sky isn’t blue. It might confuse you a little, possibly it’ll irritate you, but it won’t hurt you.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Because you’ll see and you’ll know that it isn’t about you. And let me tell you, that’s a beautiful place to be.⁠⠀ ⁠⠀
