Transformation Tuesday is always one of my favorite days! People sharing their results, transformations from their hard work that they put in. Looking back at my journey and when I started back in July of 2015…I was a mess. There are some of you who will say that I didn’t need to lose any weight but for me…I knew that I could be and do better. I was depressed, at the end of a toxic marriage and struggling to remember who I was before I became the shell of a person who was going through the motions. Stress and anxiety piled on top of mental, verbal and physical abuse left me feeling like I was worthless. All I wanted to do was to take care of my kids and living and continuing the way I was..it wasn’t going to change anything and wasn’t providing the life I wanted for them or the life I wanted for me.
When I was approached with this opportunity I said no multiple times at first. I truly couldn’t afford it (girl…I get you…money is tight, always!) but eventually I knew that nothing would change it I didn’t take that first step to start changing. I invested $140 in myself..i used Christmas money that year and finally bit the bullet.. I knew I wanted this…I knew I wanted a change. That first accountability group I joined will ALWAYS have a special place for me. It’s where I truly feel in love with the programs…the products…and then finding out I could help others feel as amazing, why the heck would I not??? There is just something about these groups that truly provides that missing piece in the journey. It’s so hard to do things on our own..so if you can find a tribe of women who want the same thing and are there to cheer you on and pick you up when you fall..it’s the piece that is missing for so many of us!
We are getting ready to launch a brand new program and I couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity, challenge and results and I’m wanting to open the invitation to 15 of you join me and my tribe!
