Long time no post!
On 20th December 2018, I made the decision to jump back on the weight loss/lifestyle change, whatever you want to call it!
It may have been a silly time to start with Christmas and all that but I managed to maintain my weight over the Christmas period.
On 1st January 2020, I stood at my highest weight to date and now I’m about 16 gym sessions in since that day in December and tracking quite accurately my calories.
My Fitbit shows I’m burning around 4,000 calories a day on average and I’m eating around 2,500 on average currently. I’m still enjoying fast food etc within that too!
I’m hopeful I’ll keep this one up!
