➡️SWIPE + SAVE!!!! ❌CORE ROUTINE❌⁣ ⁣ My Test Group program has been the exact challenge I needed to end the year strong!! ⁣ The girls and I in Grace Camp are working together to go into January, a brand new DECADE😱, feeling GREAT! ⁣ ⁣ 1️⃣Leg Lift - both hands under your tush⁣ 2️⃣Toe Reaches - relax your neck (I know... I don’t like when trainers say that either😋 but you really can relax your neck when you do this move!) and reach up as far as you can toward your toes ⁣ 3️⃣Dead Bug - opposite arm and leg - make sure to keep your back flat on the floor as you lower - when you feel your back arch, you’re lowering your leg too far ⁣ 4️⃣Side V Up - great move for your obliques! lay at a slight diagonal - legs should be kept tightly together as you raise - repeat for the other side :)⁣ 5️⃣Plank Up Down - keep your hips as straight as you can and back flat - this one is definitely a challenge!

Vor einen Monat war ich in Mexiko zum World Champignonships der WFF. Die Planung war nicht einfach, weil du bist einige Stunden im Flieger und hast auch einen Jetlag aufgrund der Zeitverschiebung. Darüber hinaus musst du dich an anderen Temperaturen von 30 Grad Celsius gewöhnen und noch weniger zu trinken. Das Einzige in diesem Momenten sind deine positiven Gedanken, die dir viel Power geben und auch dein Umfeld. In Mexiko konnte ich mir jedenfalls den 5.Platz in einem harten Athletenfeld von 9 erkämpfen und somit im Finale. Ich gehöre somit zu den Top Five der Kategorie Men's Fitness. Ich werde weiterhin dran bleiben bis ich die Top 3 erzielt habe. Danke an den DFFV, Maik und vor allem René, Ina, Johann, Gabriel....die mich bis zum Bühnenauftritt begleitet haben. Das schönste an diesem Event, du hast neue und interessante Menschen kennengelernt. Daraus ist nun eine gute Freundschaft geworden und ist in diesem Sport meistens ungewöhnlich.
