This was one of the most incredible yoga experiences I have ever had @pullman_maldives with their @pullmanhotels Global Wellness Ambassador @sarah__socal and the rest of the #upyourgame #hittherefresh 2020 Team @mrandmrsmuscle // It started with the Team @pullman_maldives feeling truly inspired to offer their guests a really Maldivian Cultural experience so we got to go out on a Dhoni which is a traditional Maldivian Boat, we then went out into what felt like the middle of the Indian Ocean and then they turned off the boat motor and it was pure utter silence just us and Mother Earth Maldivian Style, from there we made our way up on to the top of the Dhoni and they had they @pullmanhotels yoga mats laid out, from there we started to connect with our yoga mats and our own breathe and the presence of Mother Earth thanks to @sarah__socal the @pullmanhotels Global Wellness Ambassador meditating in this very special Maldivian environment is beyond words to describe but it was so truly rewarding, spiritual, fulfilling the most beautiful experience becoming one with Mother Earth and the Universe and your inner self. I am so grateful also that @pullman_maldives had @doubledot.mv to capture this Maldivian First as they nailed the most beautiful yoga moment and Maldivian photo I have ever seen! Which I am going to share also. But in the meantime I just wanted to share this little video clip and I hope it inspires you to remember that no matter how tough life gets you can always start again. I have learnt that if you can find something that makes you feel good from within and for me that is practicality yoga & meditation that it truly can take you on some of the most wonderful journeys people think that money is the only thing that brings you happiness but for me sitting on the top of this Dhoni and honouring and sharing this very unique & special Maldivian culture and one of a kind wellness experience is what brings me true happiness. I hope I inspire you to find your own happy place from within and over the many years I have personally learnt that yoga & meditation really helps with managing any kind of stress, overcoming adversity, challenges and hardship.
