I don’t believe your fitness should take over your life. I believe fitness should enhance your life!
As I was climbing this mountain, I had several moments of gratitude for the workouts that conditioned me.
These 20-40 minute workouts that I do in my living room gave me the physical ability to climb all the way to the top and even run part of the way down.
Not even an hour out of my day gave me that strength and endurance I always wanted so that I could climb mountains like this and see the view from the top.
Unfortunately at this time of year, I see a lot of people giving up on their fitness goals because they just “can’t make time for it.”
The truth is that your goal isn’t unattainable, the system of getting there is just not working.
If you can’t make time for an hour at the gym, can you make time for a 30 minute workout at home?
Your fitness doesn’t have to take a lot of time to be effective.
Your fitness doesn’t have to be expensive to be effective.
Your fitness shouldn’t take time away from your family or the joy from your life.
Your fitness should bring you more energy, more vitality, more strength, more endurance and more LIFE!
So yeah you won’t find me in a gym or spending hundreds in cross fit or getting a personal trainer or forcing myself to run 5 miles a day.
Because my results come from 20-40 minutes a day in my living room with workouts from world class trainers.
Which means I have more time to do things I want to do like climb mountains ✌🏻
