Pull day. Trying out different angles and variations. Don’t be afraid to try new things for yourself. Changing small variables have huge impacts on your routines. Change it up 🙌🏼 🔸 1️⃣ Pull Ups. 3 x 10. Superset these with the Barbell Rows. If you can’t hit 10, just try and do what you can. Assisted pull ups work too 👍🏼 🔸 2️⃣ Barbell Rows. 3 x 10-12. Essential for growing your back. For your stance, I recommend having the bar close to your shins like a dead lift and using your butt as a counterweight by almost squatting down. Provides much more support 👌🏼 🔸 3️⃣ Lateral Pulldowns Close Grip. 3 x 12. Arch your back, retract your scapula and pull towards the bottom of your chest. Had to drop the weight a little on these. Felt fantastic 🥴 🔸 4️⃣ Dumbbell Curls. 3 x 10. Slow and controlled. I like to rest my elbows on the cushions to prevent me from recruiting other muscles. 💪🏼 🔸 5️⃣ Face Pulls. 3 x 15. I like to set these up slightly above eye level. Pull them towards your forehead and keep the cable line parallel to the floor. 💣 🔸 6️⃣ High Rows (Cables). 3 x 15. Couldn’t go too heavy because I didn’t have anything to keep me down, but these worked my back and rear delts pretty well 👍🏼 🔸 7️⃣ Single Arm Preacher Curls. 3 x 10. Isolate that bicep and focus on the contraction. 🔸 8️⃣ Incline Dumbbell Curls. 3 x 10. Hitting all the angles on the arm today. Make sure to hold them at the end. 🔸 9️⃣ Suitcase Carry x Oblique Crunch. 3 x (40ft x 10). Added in a new core workout I saw the other day. Helps with your grip and shoulders as well. These are similar to farmer walks but force you to engage your core much more. Try and keep your body upright and walk as far as you like. Below that we've got the Hammer Curl, which targets both the long head and the Brachialis which will help to increase the size of your bicep.
