According to the poll in my stories today, the majority of people aren’t getting a good nights sleep. This can affect so many aspects our wellness. Our stress levels, our weight, our mood, relationships, energy, etc, etc.
It’s a really important thing to focus on. Diffusing are night was a game changer for me. I thought I slept really well because I had no problem falling or staying asleep, but it wasn’t until I started diffusing that I started to dream again.
Vetiver puts me in a deep sleep. I love combining it with lavender or even adding to to Serenity (Vetiver is in Serenity but adding more is never a bad thing). Just a couple drops of each before bed.
