Things will ever be changing in your life.
That is just the way with seasons.
If you are in a hard season right now, exhale.. steady your focus and keep taking steps forward.
Baby steps if you need to.
If you are in a good season, savour it. Take in each moment, every word, the sights, the smells, the sounds. But most importantly, hide in your heart the hope of that memory.
A time will come when that will carry you.
I don't think she ever missed watching them play a game.
And though she doesn't look it, this demenored farmer's wife could holler at the TV louder than anyone I know!
Growing up, if the Blue was playing, we knew mom would be watching.
Catching the games now has change for mom. She missed most of last season.
She doesn't much seem to care, or even notice.
But this evening, was one of those sweet evenings. This evening was the big one!
For the first time in 29 years, mom's team took home the Cup!
And mom, she cheered and hollared the whole game through.
This was one of those memories to hold on to.
